Return Policy

Under the LinkStyle return policy, items purchased from linkstyle are eligible for a return within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund of the original payment will be given, not including the shipping fee covered by the buyer. Restocking fees may apply based on the condition of the item post-return.

Shipping Issues:

Issues may arise during shipping. If you find that your item was damaged upon arrival, we will try to find an acceptable compensation for you. In most cases, we will be able to send a replacement, however, if the item happens to be out of stock, we can cover it with a full refund.

If in rare cases, the item you received does not match the item you purchased, please contact us with details of your problem. We will try to ship you the correct item as soon as possible. However, if the item is out of stock, we can send a refund of the original purchase amount.

Condition Related Returns:

  1. The conditions of our items are exactly as described. However, if you believe the item’s condition is not described correctly, please let us know (within 3 days of purchase) and we will find a solution for you. If you could not contact us before 3 days, you can return (buyer covers shipping) the item(s) back to us and we will send you a full refund for the amount you paid.
  2. The condition of the items must be the same as they were when the buyer received them in order to receive a full refund. Items whose conditions were worn down after purchasing in a “New” condition may receive a reduced refund. After inspection, we will notify the customer of the final refund value before it is issued.

Item is in new and unused condition.  However, the item has not been properly repackaged and requires repackaging by linkstyle

Item is in new and unused condition.  However, the original packaging has been damaged and grequired new packaging to be used to repackage the item.  In order to help prevent damage to the original packaging, please ensure proper packing materials are used when shipping product back to linkstyle


50% Restocking Fee

Item is in new and unused condition.  However, the item has been damaged during inbound transit.  In order to help prevent damage to the item in transit please ensure proper packing materials are used when shipping product back to linkstyle.

Defective Item:

  • If the item is found to be defective within the first 30 days of order, we will send a replacement and the buyer does not have to pay for the replacement or ship the defective item back. If a replacement is not preferred, we can also issue a refund.
  • Selected items are to replaced by the manufacturer; please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty information.

Item(s) that are non-returnable:

  • Software/CD
  • Used screen protector
  • All Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets and earphone due to sanitary issues.  We will accept return if the items are originally in bulk-packaging.

Replacement:

The replacement will be sent within 3 days of the time we address your issue. All replacement will be sent out using standard shipping. Please allow 5-7 shipping days for final delivery.

Refund:

Refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of the return package.

1 Year Warranty Risk Free:

We believe the products we sell are free of defects and will operate normally for a year’s time. If you feel the item is not up to standard, please contact us so we can find a solution for you.

We will reply and provide RMA # to you. Please allow 24-36 hours to expect the reply. If you do not receive our email within 2 business days, please check your junk mail/spam mail folder.

STEP 2: Send back the return:

Contact customer service and we will provide you the return address.

Package your return item and include the order number somewhere in the parcel.

Ship it to the address provided and allow us time to receive and inspect it.
