Treating Others with Respect

During these dark and hard times, we understand for many people, it can be frustrating on many. Our lives were upended when COVID appeared in 2020. However, at linkstyle, we have noticed that there have been some customers who have been a bit too aggressive when not hearing the answer that they wanted. While we understand that these times are troubling and that all of us would just wish for it to end so that we can go back to our lives before the pandemic occurred, it is not acceptable to lash out or get mad at others for things that are out of their hands. We here at Linkstyle are doing everything we can to make sure that the item that you purchased from us will be able to arrive on time and in good condition. However, when the issues arise in which the shipper is late in its delivery or the tracking number states is delivered but the item has not arrived then we understand the frustration and are more than happy to assist you in resolving the matter so that you or our customer will be able to get the best choice. That being said, we do not tolerate when customers lash out and begin to berate our employees who are simply doing their jobs. In these times, we advise that everyone offer respect to one another, so that we can assist you as quickly as possible as well as you the customer receive the best outcome for the situation. We here at Linkstyle will always give 100% so that you will be able to receive the item that you have ordered from us and for you to enjoy the item as well.
