Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, we want to keep providing the best service or solution to our Linkstyle family. That’s right, we help our customer as we do for our family. We are always measuring our growth little by little, which is an important trait that not many big successful companies do.

The reason why we communicate with our customers as if they are our family or friend is because that’s how our company does for our employees. It’s all about company culture. One example is our employee benefits design, we reward our employees for good performance and hard work. It is a nice incentive program for everyone to work hard and stay motivated.

As you can see, our customer service design was inspired by keeping our employees happy. We believe that success is measured by happiness and that’s why we do our best to provide the best service possible.
