Same Goal, Different Journey ---093
The year 2020 has been a year of uncertainty so far. With many restaurants, gyms, and events closing, it is hard to predict what will happen in the next few months. For many people, going to the gym is a lifestyle, and changing a lifestyle is hard to do in the face of a pandemic. Despite that, people are still finding ways to exercise at home to stay in shape. If your goal is still the same, you will adapt to the situation and still meet that goal if you believe in yourself.
Recently I purchased and constructed a home gym that cost me over $20,000. I had to purchase all the weights and equipment in time before the gyms closed. The hard part was constructing the roof. I was too cheap to hire a team of construction workers so I had to go on YouTube and learn how to build an overhanging roof from scratch. The roof is needed because it is the rainy season so the metals will rust or become damaged if it gets wet. I worked 6 hours per day over 2 weeks on this roof, it was the hardest labor of my life since there is a pandemic out there which means we have to save our money. Most of the time wasted was spent redoing the construction from scratch because I am bad at measurements. Anyways, my point is that your goal should not change just because of a bad situation. You can always make a difference to achieve that goal.
The same can be said for e-commerce and Linkstyle. Our goal is still the same, regardless of what is happening. The journey is always changing but the destination is the same. I find that to be the real challenge, to go through the ever-changing journey while keeping the same goal. You never know what will happen on the journey, but one thing you know is, if you don’t give up, you will reach the goal eventually.
