Daylight savings will begin tomorrow on March 10. This is when we spring our clocks forward one hour. You will lose out on sleep, but on the brightside, there will be more daylight during the day time so that means we will have more time for outdoor activities. Spring and Summer are around the corner so it is not a totally tragic event. You may feel tired and out of energy faster but our bodies will naturally adjust to the one hour spring and sooner or later, we won’t wake up drowsy every early morning.
